Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
  • Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and basic program frameworks
  • Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance required prior to start date
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Experience with Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Gantt charts, timelines, and milestone creation
  • Experience with MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks and ensure project standards
  • Basic budgeting and cost tracking using spreadsheets or PM software
  • Understanding of Earned Value Management methodologies
  • Experience preparing status updates, dashboards, and performance reports
  • Position is onsite at either the Marlborough, MA or Largo, FL site; relocation is not provided
  • Preferred: CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification
  • Preferred: Experience with JIRA
  • Preferred: DoD prime contracting, system integration, and sustainment knowledge
