About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise and influence program directors, factory leaders, and external customers
- Manage and execute processes, standards, and plans supporting Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality strategy
- Provide Cost Account Management support
- Engage and support metrics for monthly Management Board Review meetings
- Support proposals, including writing Basis of Estimates and Standard Bidding Tool materials
- Support Missile Delivery and Teardown Tracking using SAP tools
- Support the Material Program Manager team with metrics, data analytics, presentations, and supplier engagements
- Implement internal operational key performance indicators to ensure timely customer delivery and adherence to plan
- Lead operational excellence, continuous improvement, and efficiency initiatives across OSC processes
- Support all Strategic Make Centers manufacturing sites
Requirements
What you’ll need- University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
- Experience with Special Access Programs and Office 365
- Experience working in a manufacturing factory environment
- U.S. citizenship required because only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date
- Ability to obtain an interim U.S. government-issued security clearance prior to start date
- Ability to obtain a higher clearance level or program access prior to start date
- Earned Value Management System certification preferred
- Experience with data analytics and dashboard development preferred
- Experience presenting to program leaders and customers preferred
- Experience managing employees and teams and working within a matrix organization preferred
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities preferred
