About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support complex programs across multiple Raytheon locations and business areas
- Lead or support development, maintenance, and analysis of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Develop and maintain program IMS in MS Project based on customer requirements and scope
- Detail and maintain the IMS throughout the program lifecycle
- Incorporate contractual and programmatic changes into realistic, current contract schedule baselines
- Ensure IMS compliance with government customer requirements throughout all program phases
- Resource-load applicable IMS scope with target budgets
- Ensure cost and schedule integration and traceability to production scope
- Analyze IMS and supporting documents for quality, completeness, and compliance
- Communicate schedule status during weekly and monthly business rhythms
- Perform critical path and schedule variance analysis
- Support Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) processes related to schedule performance
- Develop and maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support program execution
- Provide schedule and predictive analytics and acceleration techniques
- Establish and maintain credible program baselines and support key program deliverables
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field of study
- Minimum of 2 years of Program Planning, Scheduling or Project Management experience
- Experience using scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, Project Server or similar
- U.S. citizenship required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
- Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field preferred
- Familiarity with government regulations related to program planning and Earned Value Management preferred
- Understanding of Agile software development principles and product development lifecycle preferred
- Familiarity with APEX, SAP/R3, Microframe Project Manager (MPM), Oracle ERP, Deltek Cobra, Deltek MPM Connect, or ForProject preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels preferred
