About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in MS Project based on customer requirements and scope
  • Maintain the IMS throughout the program lifecycle, incorporating contractual and programmatic changes
  • Ensure IMS compliance with government customer requirements
  • Resource-load the IMS with target budgets and integrate cost and schedule information
  • Analyze the IMS and supporting documents for quality, completeness, and compliance
  • Communicate schedule status through weekly and monthly business rhythms, including critical path and schedule variance analysis
  • Support Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) processes related to schedule performance
  • Develop and maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across functions, programs, locations, and business areas
  • Establish and maintain credible program baselines and support program execution and deliverables

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field of study
  • Minimum of 2 years of Program Planning, Scheduling or Project Management experience
  • Experience using software designed for creating and maintaining industry-related schedules, such as MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, Project Server or similar scheduling software
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance
  • Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1
