About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate with Integrated Product Team Leads to meet task and technical requirements
- Work with supplier resources to meet hardware delivery requirements and technical milestones
- Participate in validation activities, including engine build and test, throughout the validation phase of the program
- Operate across a wide range of disciplines and management levels with internal and external customers to meet task requirements
- Utilize Agile methodology, Jira, and Confluence to manage and present status and technical content to internal and external customers
- Manage budget and schedule in accordance with program-negotiated deliverables
- Contribute to the design, development, and in-service support of fans and low-pressure and high-pressure compressors for commercial and military engine models
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- 2+ years of relevant engineering experience
- U.S. citizenship is required due to program/contract requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and execute multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in AGILE, Confluence, Jira, and SAP
- Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM) preferred
