About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and oversee administrative and operational aspects of ongoing projects within program guidelines
- Liaise between project management, planning, and line management
- Help coordinate proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and contract financial terms/conditions
- Monitor and assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals
- Participate in engineering activities supporting overall project objectives
- Coordinate, prepare, and maintain project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements
- Ensure action item lists are completed and project quality expectations are met
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment
- English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English
- Must be available for a Monday-Friday Co-Op session from January to June and take time off from coursework to fully engage
- No security clearance required
