About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Influence others within the work area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices
- Work to achieve day-to-day objectives with moderate impact on the work area
- Work autonomously with limited supervision on larger, moderately complex projects and assignments
- Design, unit test, and implement Source to Pay applications while working closely with the functional team
- Use Scaled Agile Framework to set objectives for the assigned area and meet project goals
- Communicate with parties within and outside the team
- Explain work-area policies, practices, and procedures to others within the organization
- Influence decision-makers with recommended courses of action
- Provide a strong customer service approach
- Make minor changes or enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems and improve work-area effectiveness
- Travel to the Santa Isabel site as needed
- Attend select interview steps in person at an office location if requested
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Experience with SAP development standards and methodology
- Experience maintaining documentation and supporting the change control process
- Experience conducting design reviews with peers
- Experience working on application upgrades and defects
- Experience developing test plans for new or modified programs
- Experience testing, designing, implementing, and documenting fixes
- Experience with issue resolution and root cause analysis
- Raytheon CORE Certification preferred
- General knowledge of all Source to Pay applications preferred
- Knowledge or skills related to User Experience (UX) preferred
- Working knowledge of the OSS process preferred
- Working knowledge of the Ariba configuration and development process preferred
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience
