About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support one or more Supply Chain disciplines in executing routine processes
Assist internal teams in proposal development
Take dispatch details from customers and provide internal teams with handling and execution instructions
Handle queries from internal and external stakeholders
Manage major responsibilities across multiple supply chain disciplines
Perform supply chain activities not attributable to a defined discipline
Lead customer proposals and ensure on-time delivery and quality management
Coordinate across teams to drive strategic outcomes
Manage contractual compliance and optimize inventory
Identify and resolve systemic performance issues and propose strategic solutions
Present findings to internal and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with Collins Procedures, Code of Ethics, and International Trade Compliance regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need

University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field, or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
U.S. Person: U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status
U.S. citizenship is required because only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance is required prior to start date
Experience in the aerospace industry preferred
Knowledge of supply chain and/or operations preferred
Proficiency in SAP systems and standard work practices preferred
Strong proficiency in Excel preferred
