About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Liaise on issues related to assigned orders
- Manage Repair Purchase Orders from Commercial and/or Military Airline customers
- Convey customer requirements, initial acknowledgment, quoting, shipment, and invoicing of customer orders
- Manage contractual requirements including asset reporting, customer service level/on-time delivery, turn-time penalty avoidance, and status reporting
- Collaborate across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Program Management, Shop Supervision, Shop Technicians, Customer Support Managers, and Field Service
- Support customer account management and process improvements for customers and the business
Requirements
What you’ll need- University Degree and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Contracts administration experience preferred
- Customer-facing experience in the aerospace industry preferred
- SAP experience preferred
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills preferred
- Ability to travel up to 5%
