About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the CIWS financial planning and analysis, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long Range Plan (LRP), investments, program controls, and related portfolio strategies
  • Lead a team of five finance professionals
  • Provide financial oversight of the CIWS portfolio across development, production, and sustainment contracts
  • Interact proactively with Program Managers, Contracts, Requirements & Capabilities, Supply Chain, and other functions
  • Ensure compliance with Estimates at Complete (EACs) and monthly LREs
  • Provide recommendations to ensure FP&A commitments are met or exceeded
  • Oversee overhead and new business investment
  • Support Program Area Reviews, proposals, strategy updates, and ad hoc analysis
  • Collaborate with the CIWS program director, program managers, and cross-functional teams
  • Present frequently to NSS, NP leadership, and Raytheon leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
  • Experience presenting data to senior leaders
  • Experience with managing cross-functionally
  • Experience with Program Controls and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1
  • Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines
  • Experience interfacing with senior level management and customers, including formal presentations
  • Continuous improvement mindset and high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in APEX, RPlan, PRISM tools
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities across multiple teams throughout the United States
  • Some travel may be required
