About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead annual operations strategic planning, including capital investment analysis and financial forecasting
- Establish and manage operational targets and metrics supporting long-term goals
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to identify industry opportunities and risks
- Perform risk assessments for executive decision-making and strategic initiatives
- Provide executive decision support through data analysis, scenario modeling, and recommendations
- Support strategic reviews and continuous improvement events
- Collaborate across multilevel disciplines to accomplish organizational goals
- Travel 25% of the time as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- University Degree and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
- 3+ years of experience in operational roles focused on strategy and execution
- Experience with project management, including planning and execution
- Prior work experience with multilevel disciplines to achieve organizational goals
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of manufacturing or technical processes preferred
- Familiarity with finance terminology and concepts preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be willing and able to travel 25% of the time
- Security clearance is not required
