Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience developing and maintaining program plans, schedules, milestones, risk assessments, or executive-level program reviews
  • Experience managing programs through the full lifecycle, including development and production
  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
  • Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Experience managing programs or product lines within aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or another complex technical industry preferred
  • Understanding of Modular Open Systems Approaches and relevant standards preferred
  • Experience with proposal development and negotiations preferred
