About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, qualify, develop, and capture new business initiatives for Strategic Communications, including Nuclear C3, National C3, and adjacent markets
  • Lead capture teams through opportunity identification, qualification, competitive positioning, strategy development, and proposal creation
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to understand needs and priorities
  • Develop and execute contact plans, including engagements with senior executives
  • Advise the organization on DoD and National Communications concepts of operations, including satellite and terrestrial communications systems
  • Collaborate with program management and engineering teams to develop solutions for complex customer challenges
  • Create pursuit strategies and account strategies
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasting of orders
  • Analyze customer requirements and perform competitive assessments
  • Recommend price-to-win strategies for pursuits
