Key responsibilities & impact
  • Travel as needed, up to 50%, to support mission execution at RTX facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations
  • Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation
  • Support testing in simulated and real-world environments
  • Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through data analysis and debugging
  • Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems
  • Evaluate system functionality and impact
  • Collaborate across functions to improve performance and resolve system issues
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to achieve system integration and functionality
  • Develop integration documentation and execute plans
  • Analyze data and verify requirements
  • Communicate results to leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
  • Minimum of five (5) years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience in systems hardware, systems integration, or systems test
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • DoD Secret clearance
  • Experience with an integration lab, test facility, or field integration/verification preferred
  • Experience with RADAR or Radio Frequency (RF) systems preferred
  • Experience with military systems preferred
  • Experience with DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo, or other digital engineering tools preferred
  • Experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, and/or other programming languages preferred
