About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the key point of contact for network service requests at supported Raytheon sites
  • Qualify demand and perform upfront requirements gathering
  • Coordinate site-level activities across SSDT, Enterprise Services, managed service providers, vendors, facilities teams, and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate LAN/WAN/WLAN/voice/DAS projects and business requests
  • Act as a strategic partner and escalation point for network transformation initiatives
  • Oversee site readiness tasks, including MDF/IDF validation, site access, vendor engagement, power considerations, and circuit delivery alignment
  • Guide incident response and resolution and engage appropriate parties
  • Manage intake, categorization, documentation, and prioritization of network-related engagements
  • Lead operational requirements gathering for deployments, expansions, and local initiatives
  • Coordinate between business units and delivery teams to ensure timely, quality outcomes
  • Collaborate with Facilities, Real Estate, program teams, and Site Leadership
  • Engage Finance and Procurement for vendor engagement, procurement requests, and approved transactions
  • Drive local issue follow-up and ensure incident resolution aligns with SLAs
  • Support operational insights, site-level risk identification, vendor performance feedback, and service health reporting
  • Coordinate network refresh, UPS lifecycle, DAS modernization, fiber, and special unclassified program network initiatives
  • Provide structured updates to the Network Service Delivery Lead
  • Support monthly briefings, intake reviews, KPI production, and performance reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience
  • Experience in IT infrastructure, network service delivery, IT service management, or comparable experience
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance
  • Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1
  • Experience with enterprise networking services, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, voice, cellular/DAS, and related operational impacts
  • Experience working with outsourced service providers or internal shared-services organizations preferred
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery teams in a large, matrixed environment preferred
  • Familiarity with facilities coordination, MDF/IDF environments, structured cabling concepts, and enterprise deployment practices preferred
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CCNA/CCNP, SAFe, or similar preferred
  • Experience with ITIL-based service delivery models, governance frameworks, and intake/prioritization processes preferred
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, risk identification, and coordination skills
