About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the key point of contact for network service requests at supported Raytheon sites
  • Qualify demand and perform upfront requirements gathering
  • Coordinate site-level activities across SSDT, ES, MSPs, vendors, and facilities teams for LAN/WAN/WLAN/voice/DAS projects and business requests
  • Act as a strategic partner and escalation point for network transformation initiatives
  • Oversee site readiness tasks including MDF/IDF validation, site access, vendor engagement, power considerations, and circuit delivery alignment
  • Guide incident response and resolution and engage appropriate parties
  • Manage intake for network-related engagements and prepare requests for prioritization
  • Lead operational requirements gathering for deployments, expansions, and local initiatives
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities between business units and delivery teams
  • Collaborate with Facilities, Real Estate, program teams, and Site Leadership
  • Engage Finance and Procurement for vendor engagement, procurement requests, and approved transactions
  • Drive local issue follow-up and ensure incidents are resolved according to SLAs
  • Support the SDL with operational insights, site-level risk identification, vendor performance feedback, and service health data
  • Coordinate network refresh, UPS lifecycle, DAS modernization, fiber, and special program network activities
  • Provide structured updates, support briefings and intake reviews, and produce KPI and performance reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience
  • Experience in IT infrastructure, network service delivery, IT service management, or comparable experience
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance required
  • Active and existing DoD Secret clearance required after day 1
  • Experience with enterprise networking services including LAN, WAN, WLAN, voice, cellular/DAS, and related operational impacts
  • Experience with outsourced service providers or internal shared-services organizations preferred
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery teams in a large, matrixed environment preferred
  • Familiarity with facilities coordination, MDF/IDF environments, structured cabling concepts, and enterprise deployment practices preferred
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, risk identification, and coordination skills preferred
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CCNA/CCNP, or SAFe preferred
  • Experience with ITIL-based service delivery models, governance frameworks, and intake/prioritization processes preferred
  • Occasional travel and travel across major hubs and other U.S. domestic locations as necessary
