About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in coordinating the collection of information for weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI metric deliverables
Support overhead budgets, Support Pool EAC forecasts, MBR, OMM, and SFP reviews
Help construct and execute change management protocols
Generate value for executing organizations through critical analysis
Prioritize and allocate resources in a dynamic, geographically dispersed, deadline-driven environment
Coordinate with OSCQ and Central FP&A regarding deliverables
Coordinate with the RTN Support Pool Accounting team regarding CER EACs
Interact with Finance and Functional Senior Leadership within SCM
Strengthen processes with multiple functional stakeholders from beginning to end
Partner with peers across other RTN Manufacturing areas, including Operations and Quality
Perform additional ad hoc analysis as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
Experience with SAP, PRISM, Business Warehouse, and Power BI
Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems
Preferred: experience in aerospace and defense manufacturing/production-based environment
Preferred: direct/indirect leadership experience
Preferred: experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines
Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize workload
Ability to communicate effectively with peers, cross-functional teammates, and all levels of leadership
