About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Naval Radar programs within the Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities team
- Travel as needed, up to 50%, to support mission execution at RTX facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations
- Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in simulated and real-world environments
- Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through data analysis and debugging
- Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems and evaluate functionality and impact
- Collaborate across functions to drive performance improvements and resolve system issues
- Work with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve seamless integration and system functionality
- Develop integration documentation, execute plans, analyze data, verify requirements, and communicate results to leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum of two (2) years of prior relevant experience
- Experience in systems hardware, systems integration, and/or systems test
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date
- DoD Clearance: Secret
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Experience working in an integration lab, test facility, or in the field, supporting integration and/or verification (preferred)
- Experience with RADAR or Radio Frequency (RF) systems (preferred)
- Experience with military systems (preferred)
- Experience with DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo, or other digital engineering tools (preferred)
- Experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, and/or other programming languages (preferred)
- Travel as needed, up to 50%
