About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead teams, projects, and initiatives driving the design, implementation, and optimization of critical business processes within Aftermarket Operations
- Align technology solutions with organizational strategy to improve operational effectiveness and support business transformation
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure platforms
- Translate business-unit strategic goals into actionable technology roadmaps
- Direct daily operations of assigned technology teams, including project milestones, resource planning, and delivery quality
- Collaborate with Aftermarket Sustainment Engineering technologists and project leads
- Participate in planning, requirements, development, testing, deployment, and sustainment across the technology program lifecycle
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures across global sites
- Maintain project documentation for developing, piloting, and scaling technology deployments across multiple sites
- Monitor emerging technologies and recommend innovation and optimization opportunities
- Promote technological innovation and OpX initiatives to improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance
- Collaborate with engineering, IT, supply chain, and operations teams to localize solutions and ensure compliance
- Travel to North America AMO sites for capability assessments, future capability development, and best-practice sharing
- Interface regularly with stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Travel up to 20% within the United States
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced degree and 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Operations Management, Continuous Improvement, or general Aerospace or Aftermarket industry experience; OR Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- Project management skills and experience driving change management
- Ability to influence, drive change, and deliver results in a matrixed environment
- Ability to work and communicate effectively across all levels of management and shop personnel
- Degree in STEM field preferred; Mechanical, Industrial and Aerospace Engineering fields preferred
- Working knowledge of Pratt & Whitney shop practices and processes, quality standards, and inspection methods and tools
- Familiarity with Aftermarket Operations Manufacturing and repair and engine center operations
- Proficiency in CORE/ACE/Six Sigma, Process Certification, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, and related problem-solving and continuous-improvement tools
- Experience with Solumina MES, SAP ERP, and MS Office Suite
- Must be a U.S. Person
- No security clearance required
