About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute global Total Rewards strategy and programs within assigned business units and teams
- Build relationships and influence HR Business Partners and business leaders on Total Rewards matters
- Work with HRBPs to determine compensation solutions aligned with business strategies
- Consult Talent Acquisition on constructing competitive offers for key external talent
- Assist with administration and communication of key global processes
- Conduct global Total Rewards reporting and data analysis
- Provide analytical insights on annual merit planning, internal equity, and external market competitiveness
- Lead and participate in high-visibility projects with broad functional or business-unit impact
- Understand the business and relevant market conditions
- Support the business through a blend of tactical and strategic work
Requirements
What you’ll need- University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
- Minimum 5 years of compensation experience
- U.S. citizenship required
- Experience in MS Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, conditional logic, and large data set analysis
- Experience leading complex, large-scale projects from planning through execution
- Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing timelines and deliverables, and driving successful implementation
- Experience with storytelling using data analytics and relating analytics to business programs and processes
- Experience in salary administration, job classification, job evaluation, and market pricing and analysis preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and Power BI preferred
- Experience with Workday and MarketPay preferred
- Knowledge of global HR policies and procedures, compensation practices and trends, merit, and data analysis preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to influence and manage change and handle high levels of confidentiality
