About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents with Agentforce for customer service, sales, and marketing use cases
- Integrate external AI models and tools with Salesforce, ensuring data security and governance
- Develop customizations and automations in Service Cloud to optimize customer service operations
- Build and enhance journeys and automations in Marketing Cloud, integrated with customer service data
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and legacy or third-party systems
- Participate in requirements gathering and technical architecture definition in collaboration with business and product teams
- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and technical documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience as a senior-level Salesforce Developer (Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flows)
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce, including creating and configuring agents, topics, actions, prompt templates (Prompt Builder), and the Einstein Trust Layer
- Knowledge of other generative AI solutions and experience integrating external LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI) through APIs or Einstein Model Builder
- Experience with Service Cloud, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Service Console, and digital channels
- Experience with Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, AMPscript/SSJS, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and MuleSoft (preferred)
- Knowledge of Data Cloud (preferred)
- Strong development practices, version control (Git), and CI/CD experience (Salesforce DX, Copado, or similar tools)
- Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Agentforce Specialist, Platform Developer II, Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer)
