About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead functional analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and SAP SD implementation activities
- Improve and optimize end-to-end OTC processes, including customer master data, sales quotations and orders, pricing, commercial conditions and rebates, delivery and transportation, billing, returns, and credit and debit notes and memos
- Work on SAP SD integration with MM, FI, PP, and WM/EWM
- Participate in workshops, Fit/Gap analyses, solution design, and requirements definition
- Lead and/or support integration testing and UAT
- Support deployment, stabilization, and go-live activities
- Identify improvement opportunities based on best practices and automotive industry standards
- Resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions
- Provide functional leadership on projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams, using English on a daily basis
- Participate in meetings with business areas and technical teams, ensuring proper implementation of solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience as an SAP SD Consultant, preferably at the Senior level
- Proven experience with Order to Cash (OTC) processes
- Knowledge of SAP SD integration with MM, FI, PP, and WM/EWM
- Experience with SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and/or support projects
- Experience with Fit/Gap analysis, solution design, integration testing, and UAT
- Previous experience in the automotive industry
- Advanced English proficiency
- Availability for mandatory regular travel to Itatiaia, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
