About the role

Make high-volume outbound calls daily throughout a full eight-hour shift

Ensure all contact data is validated before cases move to the Engagement team
Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency in repetitive task execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 1 year of experience in call center, appointment setting, outbound sales, or similar high-volume phone roles
Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on outbound calls
Strong phone presence with clear professional communication
Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
Reliable, consistent, and able to work independently in a fully remote environment
