About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct thorough online research (OSINT) to verify corporate entities, locate key personnel, and track down accurate contact information
Review technical and company data, including IPs, domains, and usage logs, to identify and document potential software misuse
Perform high-volume, highly accurate data entry to keep the CRM system organized and up to date
Compile gathered data into clear, well-structured spreadsheets and reports for the broader team
Work closely with experienced teammates to move cases forward efficiently
Learn new search techniques and help improve data collection processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently living in LATAM
Only applications submitted in English will be considered
At least 1 year of experience in data entry, research, administrative work, or customer support
Strong interest in online research, OSINT, and maintaining data accuracy
Comfortable communicating in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including filtering, sorting, and organizing data
Highly detail-oriented, self-driven, organized, and reliable in a remote work environment
Bonus: Experience using advanced search operators such as Google Dorks or web scraping tools
Bonus: Familiarity with CRMs such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Bonus: Background in compliance, investigative research, or data processing
