About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete four six-month placements over a two-year finance graduate programme
- Choose rotations across the RWE Group and multiple locations
- Gain experience in controlling, risk management, accounting, planning and reporting, investment and valuation, portfolio management, investor relations, and other finance areas
- Take on responsibilities with real impact
- Use digital technologies, including AI-enabled tools, responsibly to enhance productivity, support decision-making, foster innovation, and improve ways of working
- Participate in technical and behavioural skills training
- Develop a career path with support from a graduate buddy and senior mentor
- Build knowledge and skills alongside expert colleagues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong degree (BSc, MSc or PhD) in Business Management / Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a comparable subject area with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or Accounting
- Strong analytical skills
- Collaborative mindset with a curious approach
- Motivation to take on new challenges independently or as part of a team
- Enthusiasm and drive to build skillset and pursue development opportunities
- Flexibility and mobility to travel to multiple locations
- Resume and cover letter must be submitted in English
- Transcript required if progressing through the interview process
