About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the marketing strategy for TrainAI across a portfolio of named target accounts
  • Partner with sales leads on account planning
  • Build account-specific narratives, content, and engagement to grow accounts from first project to scaled revenue
  • Provide account research, stakeholder maps, key entry points, and ABM strategy input
  • Run continuous account research to keep positioning and ABM strategy current
  • Create customized cross-channel communications and ABM campaigns addressing account-specific needs
  • Produce personalized sales enablement materials, proposals/RFP responses, emails, ads, and web content
  • Maintain a weekly communications cadence with TrainAI business development managers
  • Work with marketing operations to maintain real-time ABM reporting on account engagement, buyer engagement, MQAs, sales cycle length, deal size, and revenue impact
  • Contribute to a shared AI-based TrainAI ABM framework
  • Support cross-account marketing activities including brand awareness campaigns, organic social media management, value-added content, and events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years’ ABM or strategic account marketing experience into large, complex B2B enterprise or hyperscaler accounts with technical buyers and lengthy, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Passion for the AI industry and willingness to develop sufficient technical knowledge to hold a real conversation about AI training data with an ML lead
  • Curious, fast-learning, and genuinely willing to evolve how they work
  • Already uses AI to compress research-to-asset from weeks to hours
  • Ability to judge quality and identify when an AI draft is confidently wrong
  • Ability to extend and improve reusable skills and agents
  • Familiarity with ABM technologies/tools such as 6Sense, Influ2, and Mutiny
  • Commercial literacy, including ability to read a pipeline and stakeholder map
  • Comfortable being the only marketer in the room with sales
  • Ability to work fluently across disciplines and specialist teams
  • Experience working in the AI data services space is preferred
