About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze customer use cases and business objectives to inform analytics and business intelligence
- Partner with stakeholders to understand internal and client analytic needs and logic
- Define success and develop measurement frameworks collaboratively
- Gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements
- Produce documentation for business intelligence dashboards according to RxVantage standards
- Ensure consistency in metric names, calculations, definitions, and dashboard delivery
- Serve as a subject matter expert on data domains, sources, and use
- Gain business insights into life sciences, healthcare providers, and pharmaceutical industries to tailor dashboards
- Build scalable, performant BI solutions for internal analytic needs
- Independently manage a Jira backlog of user requests, communicate status, and meet delivery dates
- Provide input on backlog creation and due dates
- Comply with the RxVantage Tableau security framework
- Deliver internal-facing Tableau dashboards and data-powered insights supporting RxVantage life science and sales organizations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience with Tableau
- Experience building internal BI tools or dashboards supporting operational, product, or executive decision-making
- Experience performing raw data analysis outside a BI tool
- Ability to analyze customer use cases and business objectives
- Ability to gather and interpret business requirements
- Ability to define metrics, calculations, visualizations, and measurement frameworks
- Knowledge of data domains, sources, and use relevant to RxVantage use cases
- Understanding of life sciences, healthcare provider, and pharmaceutical industries
- Ability to build scalable, performant BI solutions
- Experience working through a Jira backlog and meeting agreed delivery dates
- Ability to comply with the RxVantage Tableau security framework
- Must have primary work location within the United States
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
