Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Computer Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Finance, International Business, Public Administration, Real Estate, Business Analytics, or Operations and Supply Chain Management; or other degree with Master’s in Business Discipline or JD
  • Must have 6 hours of Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or Finance with a GPA of 3.0 or higher and a Major GPA of 3.25 or higher
  • Relevant work experience preferred, such as internships, summer positions, or school jobs; alternatively, a Bachelor's degree and one to three years of audit or tax-related experience
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong people skills
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to travel independently up to 10-20%
