About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support the design, implementation, and enhancement of business and technology solutions
- Assists with requirements gathering, process analysis, solution configuration, data analysis, and documentation
- Analyzes business and system processes and researches technical matters
- Manipulates and validates data to support consulting engagements and enterprise initiatives
- Supports implementation and testing of technology-enabled solutions
- Participates in planning sessions, status updates, Agile ceremonies, and solution reviews
- Creates client deliverables, documentation, and reports
- Gathers, extracts, reconciles, and analyzes client data
- Researches technical and operational issues and communicates findings to clients and internal stakeholders
- Responds to client inquiries and supports interactions with taxing authorities or external stakeholders
- Supports project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications
- Travels to client locations as necessary
- Develops and documents business and technical requirements
- Supports configuration, implementation, validation, and testing of solutions
- Creates, executes, and documents testing scenarios
- Works with databases, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and other technologies to manipulate data, perform calculations, and generate reports
- Assists with risk identification, issue resolution, and quality assurance activities
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- Strong technical and/or data analysis experience
- Business Analyst experience a plus
- Strong customer service background/experience
- Two-year associates degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products
- Valid driver’s license required
- Independent travel requirement: up to 25%
