About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the vision and manage and execute the strategic product roadmap for the Firm’s global Salesforce Sales Cloud and integrated Salesforce solutions
  • Represent Salesforce users and identify, create, document, and prioritize user stories in the product backlog
  • Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Ensure Salesforce delivers measurable value across Ryan’s global organization
  • Drive integrated team member and client experiences across the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements
  • Lead a high-performing Salesforce product team and foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Work closely with the Salesforce Architecture team within IT
  • Drive user adoption in collaboration with the training team
  • Communicate and champion product benefits to executive management, practice leaders, and stakeholders
  • Own and evolve the Salesforce product roadmap across global teams
  • Lead successful delivery of enhancements with the Salesforce technical team
  • Translate business needs into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
  • Prioritize the backlog to meet tactical and strategic goals
  • Collaborate with technical and functional delivery teams on backlog grooming and release planning
  • Ensure data integrity and alignment with established systems of record
  • Oversee change management, training requirements, and communication plans
  • Oversee Salesforce change governance for compliance, scalability, and enterprise architecture alignment
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices
  • Monitor platform performance, user feedback, and analytics for continuous improvement
  • Supervise Salesforce product team members
  • Travel independently approximately 10%

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in a related field
  • 8-10 or more years of Product Management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 5-7 years as a Salesforce Product Owner in a complex, global environment
  • Experience with Salesforce Unlimited Edition, Data Cloud, or Agentforce preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of Agile approaches (e.g., DAD, SAFe, Kanban) and Salesforce governance frameworks
  • Expertise creating and maintaining User Stories, Product Backlogs and Product Roadmaps
  • Ability to balance project delivery against limited resources using problem solving, project management and creative resourcefulness
  • Ability to facilitate verbal and written communications across all levels of an organization
  • Expert presence and comfort delivering and defending analyses and recommendations to management and stakeholders
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and intensity in a fast-paced environment driven by senior leadership requests and evolving needs
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Salesforce certifications preferred
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 lbs
  • Independent travel requirement: 10%
