About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify business challenges, analyze processes and systems, and design and implement scalable solutions
- Perform requirements analysis, process design, data evaluation, solution configuration, testing, and documentation
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior team members
- Review work products for accuracy, completeness, and quality
- Support cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and global counterparts
- Interface with stakeholders to understand business needs, operational challenges, and system requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs
- Provide proactive status updates throughout project lifecycles
- Gather, extract, reconcile, and analyze data
- Develop and deliver client documentation, reports, and presentations
- Support resolution of client inquiries, technical questions, and service-related matters
- Analyze business and system processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Configure, implement, test, and support business and technology solutions
- Create, execute, and document testing scenarios
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Identify risks and escalate issues appropriately
- Deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality results
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in consulting, business analysis, technology implementation, process improvement, or related professional services environment
- Demonstrated experience analyzing complex business processes and translating requirements into actionable solutions
- Experience supporting project delivery, including documentation, testing, and stakeholder coordination
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced Excel skills preferred, including data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planner, Asana, ClickUp, or similar)
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise business systems
- Experience with data analytics, automation, or reporting tools preferred
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business and technology platforms
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to travel independently up to 25%
