About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and support Corporate Tax Workstation products using the Microsoft technology stack
Estimate, design, code, and test applications using Microsoft .NET technologies, primarily C#
Develop and support Dynamics 365 solutions, including plugins and related customizations
Contribute to system performance, stability, scalability, and security
Create application design specifications and document coding efforts
Analyze medium to complex business and technical problems and provide practical solutions
Participate in technical design discussions and prepare design documentation
Troubleshoot and debug issues across application, database, and integration layers
Create and implement unit test plans and unit test cases
Support release and deployment activities into production environments
Participate in peer code reviews
Provide regular work status updates to Project Leads, Project Managers, and International / India liaison teams
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand technical and business requirements
Mentor, coach, and support other developers
Ensure assigned deliverables are completed on time and with quality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or equivalent work experience preferred
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft development environments
4+ years of full-time experience in .NET Framework / C# development
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, including plugins and customizations
Experience with Power Automate flows and related workflow customizations
Experience with ASP.NET
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
Experience with Dynamics 365 plugins
Experience with IIS Administration
Front-end development experience using HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Strong SQL skills, preferably with Microsoft SQL Server
Experience using GitHub or similar source control/release management tools
Understanding of release and deployment processes into production environments
Strong experience in object-oriented design, relational database design, and XML design
Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues
Strong analytical, problem-solving, task management, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
