About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and support Corporate Tax Workstation products using the Microsoft technology stack
- Develop and support Dynamics 365 solutions, including plugins and customizations
- Estimate, design, code, and test applications using Microsoft .NET technologies, primarily C#
- Create application design specifications and document coding efforts
- Analyze medium to complex business and technical problems and provide practical solutions
- Participate in technical design discussions and prepare design documentation
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across application, database, and integration layers
- Create and implement unit test plans and test cases
- Support production release and deployment activities
- Contribute to product performance, stability, scalability, and security
- Ensure assigned deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards
- Participate in peer code reviews
- Provide status updates to Project Lead, Project Manager, and International / India liaison teams
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand technical and business requirements
- Mentor, coach, motivate, and support other developers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or equivalent work experience preferred
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft development environments
- 4+ years of full-time experience in .NET Framework / C# development
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, including plugins and customizations
- Experience with Power Automate flows and related workflow customizations
- Experience with ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, Dynamics 365 plugins, Powerflows, and IIS Administration
- Front-end development experience using HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Strong SQL skills, preferably with Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience using GitHub or similar source control/release management tools
- Understanding of release and deployment processes into production environments
- Strong experience in object-oriented design, relational database design, and XML design
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, task management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Microsoft certifications considered an advantage
- React experience considered a nice-to-have
