About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruit and place external candidates, focusing on the College Recruiting Program
- Develop, coordinate, implement, evaluate, and administer recruiting processes
- Guide candidates through the hiring process and close candidates during the offer stage
- Deliver presentations in classrooms and at student organization events
- Develop and conduct recruitment training programs for staff and managers
- Work directly with managers on interviewing and selection
- Coordinate the College Recruiting Program
- Develop and maintain relationships with college and university accounting departments and placement officials
- Plan and implement recruiting strategies and approaches
- Monitor competitors' marketplace activities and key players
- Plan and execute job fairs, information sessions, and interview schedules
- Maintain recruitment activity records, metrics, and relevant data
- Develop candidate pipelines aligned with open requisitions and recruiting activities
- Participate in committees and special projects
- Update the Applicant Tracking System with candidate information
- Provide candidate paperwork to Human Resources Administration after offer acceptance
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- One to three years related professional experience
- Participation in a campus-recruiting program
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research
- Experience with a Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to travel as needed
