About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own Rypples’ AI-native operating system and design, deploy, and manage agents across sourcing, diligence, investor relations, and finance
Find and onboard operating partners, including board-level partners and cross-portfolio experts
Provide operating partners with context, tools, and agents to support portfolio companies
Run the Growth Readiness and Ocean Scalers programs, including design, cadence, participant selection, preparation, follow-through, and capture
Turn experts and playbooks into RypplesOS, an operating system that learns from board meetings, engagements, and sessions
Identify portfolio company constraints and help companies become AI-native
Enable shareholder reports and portfolio dashboards to be generated directly from the system
Build Rypples as a proof of concept so the portfolio can learn from its operating model

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working side by side with a founder-CEO at a fast-growing startup, or having built something independently
Ability to move fast and build fast, shipping a working version in days rather than a plan in weeks
Deep AI proficiency
Experience building agents and workflows that changed how a team works
Use of AI in day-to-day work
Credibility with CEOs, founder-operators, and senior talent
Executive-level communication skills
Experience running programs valued by founders, with strong cadence and follow-through
Driven by ocean- and planet-positive impact
