About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the client experience for assigned commercial AV clients in the Central Georgia market
- Serve as the primary contact for commercial AV clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve AV system issues remotely when possible and on-site when needed
- Monitor client systems through remote monitoring tools and proactively identify problems
- Maintain accurate client service documentation and submit it on time
- Ensure every client interaction reflects S&L Integrated's service standards
- Continue learning and developing technical knowledge
- Work a standard 40-hour week, Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime for longer on-site visits
Requirements
What you’ll need- Real-world experience in AV installation and/or AV service and troubleshooting for a commercial AV integration company
- Ability to diagnose and resolve AV issues across displays, audio, control systems, networking, and more
- Great communication skills, including explaining technical problems to non-technical clients
- Strong self-management skills
- Passion for helping people and genuine curiosity about technology
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Solid home office setup with reliable internet
- Must be currently located in the Central GA/Atlanta area
- All applicants must consent to a background check and drug screen
- Must provide documentation confirming legal right to work in the U.S.
- Experience with service management platforms
- Familiarity with remote system monitoring tools
- Industry certifications such as AVIXA CTS, Q-SYS Level 1, and Dante Level 1 & 2
- Background in a service agreement or client care environment
- Preferably based in the South Atlanta, GA to Macon, GA corridor
