About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and develop complex software solutions
- Liaise with customers on business and technical requirements
- Create unit and integration tests
- Define development and architecture standards, as well as best practices

- Take responsibility for complex Java-based web applications and system architectures

Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or vocational training with a focus on IT
- Several years of experience as a software developer in an agile Java environment
- Practical experience with the Spring Framework and Java SE/EE
- In-depth understanding of and hands-on experience with containerization, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Experience with frameworks such as JPA or Hibernate
- Fluent German
- Willingness to travel: team meetings in Nuremberg once per quarter and a few on-site customer visits per year
