About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Utilize systems and tools to provide meaningful data and analytics to S3 business lines
Support data-driven decision making
Work closely with the Business Intelligence & Transformation team to enhance the member and employee experience
Translate business requirements into meaningful visualizations, including reports and dashboards
Leverage Business Intelligence tools to provide data and analytics
Document requirements, job aids, and end-user transition plans
Create process summaries for internal department deployments
Develop data models and queries using S3 core systems
Provide end-user training and support
Support existing dashboards and applications
Work collaboratively with other team members
Complete additional job-related projects and duties assigned by management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in data or technology is preferred, or 5 years data or technology work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Platform, SharePoint)
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple widely varied work streams/tasks
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to provide quick resolution to problems
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
Ability to comprehend materials and follow instructions
Ability to analyze and compute information
Problem solving and critical thinking
Good judgement/reasoning and resourceful resolution of routine problems
