About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coach, motivate and develop the people in your teams
Ensure a stable, secure and scalable IT infrastructure and support delivery
Further develop and optimize processes and working methods according to the Governance framework
Plan, follow up and optimize the budget for IT operations
Work closely with security managers to ensure the highest level of IT security and compliance
Hold overall responsibility for restricted IT delivery and lead several teams working closely with the business
Ensure systems maintain high availability while driving continuous improvement and development of solutions and working methods
Work operationally and strategically with responsibility for personnel, budget and delivery
Build a modern IT function supporting the long-term needs of the business
Report directly to the Head of IT Operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in IT leadership, for example as an IT Operations Manager or similar leadership role
Solid technical background in IT infrastructure, networks and IT security
Experience within the ITIL framework and change and incident management
Experience in supplier management and contract negotiations
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
University education or equivalent work experience within the area of IT is desired
Must pass a security vetting based on current regulations around security protection
For positions requiring security clearance, additional obligations on citizenship may apply
