About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Saab’s global business support functions and operational processes
- Establish governance frameworks, performance management and common ways of working across the organization
- Drive alignment and collaboration between Country Managers, Business Areas, Business Units and Group Functions
- Improve organizational effectiveness through process development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support senior management with reporting, analysis and decision-making material
- Promote effective use of digital tools and systems that strengthen collaboration and transparency
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Security, Legal, Tax, Information Management, Digitalisation and other Group Functions
- Undertake regular international travel
- Contribute to Saab’s international business growth and efficient structures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Management or a related field
- Extensive leadership experience within Business Operations, Business Support, Organisational Development, Business Management or a similar area
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in global or matrix organisations
- Strong background in governance, operational excellence, organizational effectiveness or business transformation
- Experience supporting senior leaders and managing complex stakeholder environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate complex information into actionable insights
- Ability to pass security vetting based on current security protection regulations
- Additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance
