About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and develop the security function within Business Unit Ground Combat
Develop the Business Unit's security strategy and security capabilities
Ensure security, risk management, and compliance support business objectives and strategy
Advise senior management on risk, security, and organizational resilience
Develop processes, governance, and ways of working within the security domain
Foster a strong security culture with high awareness and clear accountability
Lead and coordinate security initiatives, transformation efforts, and improvement programs
Represent the Business Unit in internal and external security forums and engage with customers, partners, and authorities
Oversee protective security, information security, personnel security, physical security, risk management, incident management, and crisis preparedness
Serve as a member of the Business Support Management Team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in senior security, risk management, or related disciplines
Proven leadership experience and a track record of driving development and change within complex organizations
Strong understanding of integrating security into business governance and operational processes
Experience with strategic initiatives, change management, and continuous improvement
Ability to engage stakeholders, build relationships, and collaborate across organizational levels
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
Must pass security vetting based on current security-protection regulations
Additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance
