About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish and develop a new Supply Chain capability within FCC
- Define the vision, strategy, governance and operating model for Supply Chain
- Gradually build and lead a dedicated Supply Chain team
- Drive strategic collaboration between Supply Chain, Procurement, Production and Engineering
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for areas including PCBA, cable assemblies and make-to-stock
- Optimize material flows and operational interfaces across the value chain
- Execute outsourcing initiatives with Procurement and relevant stakeholders
- Support and coordinate supplier quality and supplier performance activities with SQM/SQE and Procurement
- Drive Net Working Capital and inventory optimization initiatives
- Establish scalable supply chain processes, governance and ways of working
- Develop efficient operational structures and drive continuous improvements
- Contribute to long-term Supply Chain capability development aligned with business strategy and growth
- Lead according to company values and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master of Science in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Management or equivalent experience
- Several years of experience within Supply Chain, Sourcing, Procurement or Manufacturing in an industrial or technical environment
- Experience from working in a product-oriented organization with close interaction between engineering, sourcing and production
- Experience from driving cross-functional collaboration and operational improvements
- Experience from sourcing strategies, outsourcing projects or supplier transitions is considered highly meritorious
- Strong understanding of material flows, supplier management and production-related processes
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution
- Strong business understanding and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience from ERP systems such as IFS, SAP or equivalent
- Fluent spoken and written English and Swedish
- May be required to pass security vetting; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance
