Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives in complex organizations
  • Experience from business transformation, digitalization, operations, program management, or management consulting
  • Experience from international expansion, industrialization, or technology transfer projects is an advantage
  • Strategic, structured, and results-oriented leadership approach
  • Ability to engage stakeholders and drive change across organizational boundaries
  • Strong business acumen and genuine interest in people, processes, and technology
  • Must pass security vetting based on current security-protection regulations
  • Additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance
