About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the integration of information security into business processes and operations
- Drive a security culture promoting awareness, accountability, and shared responsibility
- Translate information security requirements into practical solutions supporting business growth and agility
- Build and maintain relationships with business leaders, aligning security objectives with business goals
- Lead and develop a team of Business Information Security Officers (BISOs)
- Work closely with Security Operations and business stakeholders
- Ensure information security supports the organization's strategic objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience leading teams of specialist professionals
- Strong strategic ability to translate organizational goals into team objectives and outcomes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills in Swedish and English
- Understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices within Saab's industry
- Experience from the defense industry, government authorities, or a global organization is highly valuable
- Must pass a security vetting based on current security-protection regulations
- Additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance
