About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development of Site Reliability Engineering capabilities across Core Enterprise Platforms and Applications
- Establish and develop the Site Reliability Engineering team, its capabilities and ways of working
- Lead, develop and engage employees within the Site Reliability Engineering team
- Drive organisational development and continuous improvement within the team
- Lead development and implementation of Site Reliability Engineering practices across platform areas
- Drive operational excellence, service reliability and resilience across platforms and services
- Establish common frameworks, standards and ways of working for reliability, observability and operational performance
- Drive automation, standardisation and modern engineering practices
- Support cloud transformation and platform modernisation initiatives
- Build relationships with platform teams, business stakeholders, vendors and partners
- Contribute to the Core Enterprise Platforms and Applications management team and broader Group IT development
- Create alignment across platform areas and advance reliability, operational performance and service delivery priorities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Academic degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- Strong people leadership and talent development skills
- Experience leading engineering, platform, operations or Site Reliability Engineering teams in complex environments
- Experience driving operational excellence, service reliability and continuous improvement
- Experience from large, complex and global organisation
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills across business and technology organisations
- Good understanding of cloud platforms, automation, observability and modern engineering practices
- Experience driving organisational and technology transformation initiatives
- Experience from the defence industry is considered an advantage
- Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
- Must pass a security vetting based on current regulations around security protection
- Additional citizenship-related obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance
