About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Program Performance Management organization in monitoring and analyzing program cost, schedule, resource, and performance data
  • Assist with preparation of monthly Performance Management Reviews and data
  • Support Earned Value Management Systems activities
  • Assist with schedule analysis and data entry in Microsoft Project Server
  • Support manpower planning by analyzing planned versus actual staffing requirements
  • Assist with data analysis using Excel and Power BI
  • Assist with data validation and reconciliation
  • Participate in meetings to understand program execution and performance management
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as assigned
  • Work closely with Program Managers, PPM Analysts, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and other functional organizations to identify program performance trends and develop actionable insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Project
  • Ability to organize, analyze and present information clearly
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
