Key responsibilities & impact

Support demand planning by consolidating forecasts and monitoring sales trends
Develop analyses and reports to support decision-making within the department
Monitor inventory, coverage, service-level, and demand fulfillment metrics
Analyze planned versus actual results, identifying risks, variances, and opportunities
Support budget reviews and demand projections
Contribute to the S&OP process, ensuring data quality and alignment across departments
Partner with different business areas to support planning and supply chain-related decisions
Participate in developing and continuously improving departmental processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or a related field
Experience in demand planning, Supply Chain, or other planning functions
Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and processing
Knowledge of Power BI for querying and interpreting performance indicators
Experience with S&OP processes
Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP, and/or MRP
Analytical, organized, and solution-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Adaptability, ownership mentality, and proactivity in dynamic environments
