Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare, consolidate, and analyze financial and management reports, ensuring the quality and reliability of information.
Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, variances, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Support financial planning, budgeting, projections, and forecast revisions.
Perform variance analyses comparing budgeted, actual, and projected figures, providing explanations and recommendations.
Build dashboards and executive presentations to support leadership decision-making.
Analyze costs, expenses, cash flow, and financial results, proposing actions to optimize resources.
Automate reports and improve data collection, consolidation, and analysis processes.
Partner with different departments to consolidate information, understand variances, and develop action plans.
Ensure the consistency of databases and standardization of financial information.
Independently conduct complex analyses, proposing solutions and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Solid experience in financial analysis, budget planning, and management reporting.
Advanced Excel proficiency, including formulas, pivot tables, and the consolidation of large data volumes.
Experience developing and monitoring financial and operational indicators.
Knowledge of budget, actuals, forecast, and financial projection analysis.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Ability to interpret data, identify the causes of variances, and provide business recommendations.
Clear communication skills and the ability to present analyses to diverse audiences.
Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
Experience automating reports and improving financial processes.
Knowledge of data analysis tools and large-scale data processing.
Knowledge of financial processes in SAP systems.
Preferred: experience in corporate environments with high volumes of information and interaction with multiple departments.
