About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the digital transformation of major French corporations
- Understand business, HR, internal communications, and IT challenges
- Facilitate scoping and co-design workshops
- Define target visions, user journeys, and roadmaps
- Identify ways to improve the employee experience and operational efficiency
- Functionally design and deploy Digital Workplace and intranet solutions
- Configure and customize LumApps, Microsoft 365, and equivalent solutions
- Design spaces, widgets, navigation paths, page templates, and automations
- Participate in integrations with clients’ digital ecosystems
- Draft functional specifications
- Coordinate stakeholders
- Organize and manage testing and deployment phases
- Contribute to continuous improvement and measuring the value created
- Define and implement change management programs
- Design communications and training materials
- Lead user sessions, ambassador communities, and upskilling workshops
- Drive adoption of collaborative tools and AI
- Participate in pre-sales activities and requests for proposals
- Contribute to Digital Workplace, Employee Experience, and AI offerings
- Actively monitor market trends
- Share lessons learned and help develop Saegus’s expert community
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of experience on Digital Workplace, intranet, digital internal communications, or employee experience projects
- Significant experience with one or more platforms: LumApps, Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online, Mozzaik365, Powell, Jalios, Unily, Workplace, or similar solutions
- Ability to understand user and business needs
- Strong workshop facilitation and client relationship skills
- An interest in UX/UI and employee experience
- Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams
- Curiosity about new digital practices and artificial intelligence
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English is essential
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, generative AI, or change management would be particularly appreciated
