About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with major French enterprises across the full lifecycle of Digital Workplace projects
- Understand business, HR, internal communications, and IT challenges
- Lead scoping and co-design workshops
- Define target visions, user journeys, and roadmaps
- Identify opportunities to improve employee experience and operational efficiency
- Design Digital Workplace and intranet solutions from a functional perspective
- Configure and customize LumApps, Microsoft 365, or equivalent solutions
- Design spaces, widgets, navigation journeys, page templates, and automations
- Contribute to integrations with the client’s digital ecosystem
- Write functional specifications
- Coordinate project stakeholders
- Organize and manage testing and deployment phases
- Contribute to continuous improvement and measuring the value delivered
- Define and implement change management programs
- Design communication and training materials
- Lead user sessions, ambassador communities, and skills-development workshops
- Promote adoption of new collaborative practices and AI
- Contribute to pre-sales activities and tender responses
- Contribute to Digital Workplace, Employee Experience, and AI proposals
- Monitor market trends proactively
- Share lessons learned and help grow Saegus’s expert community
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of experience working on Digital Workplace, intranet, digital internal communications, or employee experience projects
- Significant experience with one or more platforms: LumApps, Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online, Mozzaik365, Powell, Jalios, Unily, Workplace, or similar solutions
- Ability to understand user and business needs
- Confident facilitating workshops and managing client relationships
- Strong interest in UX/UI and employee experience
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
- Curiosity about new digital practices and artificial intelligence
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English is essential
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, generative AI, or change management would be highly valued
